Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Ruspina Rent Car services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Rental Requirements

Driver Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Present a valid credit card in your name
• Provide valid identification (passport or national ID)
• Meet our insurance requirements

Booking and Payment

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to refuse any rental request
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount

Vehicle Use

Permitted Use

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle in accordance with Tunisian traffic laws
• Operate the vehicle only on paved roads
• Keep the vehicle locked when unattended
• Return the vehicle on time and in the same condition
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Participate in racing or competitions
• Transport hazardous materials
• Modify or alter the vehicle in any way
• Take the vehicle outside Tunisia without permission

Insurance and Liability

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available at checkout. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the terms of your insurance coverage.

Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank
• Return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refueling charges
• Refueling service is available for an additional fee

Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional charges. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and approval.

Damages and Accidents

In case of an accident or damage:

• Contact us immediately
• File a police report if required
• Complete our incident report form
• Do not admit liability or make any agreements with third parties

Limitation of Liability

Ruspina Rent Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your rental.
